摘要
投资低碳旅游项目已经成为政府、企业甚至个人关注的热点。低碳旅游项目的投资具有风险性大的特点,投资不当会给投资商造成巨大的经济损失。对低碳旅游项目投资风险的综合评价进行探讨,建立评价低碳旅游项目投资风险的层次模型,并运用层次分析法与灰色关联法相结合的方法,对低碳旅游项目投资风险进行综合评价,确定各种投资方案风险的大小,降低投资商的盲目性,提高投资决策的科学性。
Investment in low-carbon tourism projects has become a hot topic focused by the governments, the enterprises and even the individuals. The investment Of low-carbon tourism projects has a characterastic of high risk, and improper investment will incur large economic loss to the investors. The comprehensive evaluation is discussed of investment risk of low-carbon tourism projects. The hierarchy model of investment risk evaluation is proposed for low-carbon tourism projects. And the investment risks of low-carbon tourism projects are evaluated comprehensively by combing methods of the analytic hierarchy process and the grey relation analytic process. The risks of investment alternatives are defined, which can reduce the audaciousness of investors and improve the soundness of decision-making of investment.
