软肝化坚颗粒对C57小鼠肝纤维化模型LEP及PDGF的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察软肝化坚颗粒对C57小鼠肝纤维化模型瘦素(Leptin,LEP)及血清血小板衍生生长因子(platelet derived growth factor,PDGF)的影响。方法 60只C57小鼠随机分为六组,即正常对照组、正常软肝化坚颗粒组、模型对照组、软肝化坚颗粒低剂量组、软肝化坚颗粒高剂量组和秋水仙碱组,每组10只。参照文献方法给药后,测定各组小鼠PDGF及LEP的含量。结果软肝化坚颗粒低剂量组、软肝化坚颗粒高剂量组小鼠血清LEP及PDGF的含量均明显低于模型对照组(P<0.05)。模型秋水仙碱组则只有PDGF的含量明显低于模型对照组(P<0.05)。结论软肝化坚颗粒可通过抑制LEP及PDGF的产生阻止肝纤维化的发生发展,对实验性肝纤维化有一定的预防和治疗作用。 Objective To observe the effect of ruangan huajian particles on serum leptin(LEP)and platelet derived growth factor(PDGF)in C57 rats with experimental hepatic fibrosis.Methods 60 C57 rats were randomly divided into six groups,a normal control group,a normal ruangan huajian particles group,a model control group,a ruangan huajian particles low-dose group,a ruangan huajian particles high-dose group and a colchicine group,10 rats in each group.The medication was given according to the methods in reference literatures.The levels of LEP and PDGF were detected in each group.Results The levels of serum LEP and PDGF in low-dose group and high-dose ruangan huajian particles group were significantly lower than those in model control group(P0.05).The level of serum PDGF only in colchicine group was significantly lower than that of model control group(P0.05).Conclusion Ruangan huajian particles can block the occurrence and development of hepatic fibrosis through inhibiting the production of LEP and PDGF.It has a certain preventive and therapeutic effect on experimental hepatic fibrosis.
