中药及针灸治疗突发性耳聋100例疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of 100 Cases of Sudden Deafness Treated with Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture

目的观察中药联合针灸治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法选择符合突发性耳聋诊断标准的患者,随机分为治疗组100例和对照组100例。治疗组中医辨证分风邪外犯、肝火上炎、气滞血瘀三型,分别用中药银翘散加减、龙胆泻肝汤加减及通窍活血汤加减治疗,用中药煎剂口服,1日2次。针刺取穴翳风、耳门、听宫、听会、外关、合谷、足三里、三阴交、太溪、太冲、足窍阴等腧穴,隔日针刺1次;并用血塞通注射液输液治疗。对照组用凯时(前列腺素E1)及甲钴胺治疗。两组皆14 d为1个疗程。结果两组间治疗后听力有效率比较:治疗组总有效率为91.00%,对照组总有效率为69.69%,两者相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组间治疗后耳鸣有效率比较:治疗组总有效率为94.85%,对照组总有效率为90.11%,两者相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针灸及中药结合治疗突发性聋有确切的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on sudden deafness treated with herbal medicine combined with acupuncture.Methods The patients in compliance with the diagnostic criteria of sudden deafness were divided randomly in a treatment group（100 cases）and a control group（100 cases）.In treatment group,the three patterns were differentiated,named the invasion of the external pathogenic wind,upward flaring of liver fire and qi and blood stagnation.The modified yinqiao powder,the modified longdan xiegan decoction and the modified tongqiao huoxue decoction were prescribed separately.The herbal decoction was administered orally,twice per day.The acupoints were Jifeng（TE17）,Ermen（TE21）,Tinggong（SI19）,Tinghui（GB2）,Waiguan（TE5）,Hegu（LI4）,Zusanli（ST36）,Sanyinjiao（SP6）,Taixi（KI3）,Taichong（LR3）,Zuqiaoyin（GB44）,etc.Acupuncture was applied once every two days.Additionally,xuesaitong injection was used for intravenous infusion.In control group,the patients were treated with prostaglandin E1 and mecobalamin.In either group,14-day treatment was required as one session.Results In comparison of the effectiveness on hearing ability after treatment,the total effective rate was 91.00% in treatment group and was 69.69% in control group,presenting different significance（P0.05）.In comparison of the effectiveness on tinnitus after treatment,the total effective rate was 94.85% in treatment group and was 90.11% in control group,without statistical difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with herbal medicine achieves a definite clinical efficacy on sudden deafness.
