穴位注射与按摩预防人工流产综合反应的临床研究

Clinical Research of Systemic Abortion Response Prevented with Acupoint Injection and Massage

目的探讨应用穴位注射及按摩对于人工流产综合反应预防及其作用机理。方法将197例行人工流产术的患者随机分为治疗组99例和对照组98例,治疗组术前予足三里穴位注射,并于术中按摩内关及三阴交,对照组给予人工流产常规处理。观察手术前后两组患者生命体征的变化,手术过程中疼痛的程度及人工流产综合反应的发生率。结果两组术中腹痛程度、腹痛持续时间、收缩压及心率下降比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),术中人流综合征发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗组明显低于对照组。结论应用穴位注射及按摩对于人工流产综合反应可以起到较好的预防作用,其机理可能与内关调和内外,足三里强壮补虚,三阴交令阳气通达于四末,三穴合用调和一身之气血有关。

Objective To explore the prevention of systemic abortion response with acupoint injection and massage,and its mechanism.Methods 197 cases of abortion patients were divided randomly into a treatment group（99 cases）and a control group（98 cases）.In treatment group,before abortion,acupoint injection was applied to Zusanli（ST36）and massage was at Neiguan（PC6）and Sanyinjiao（SP6）.In control group,the conventional management was provided.The life signs were observed before and after abortion.The pain severity during abortion and the rate of systemic abortion response were recorded.Results The statistical significant differences presented in abdominal pain severity,duration of abdominal pain,systolic pressure and heart rate reducing between two groups（P0.05）.There was significant difference in the rate of systemic abortion response during abortion（P0.05）.But,the rate in treatment group was apparently lower than that in control group.Conclusion Acupoint injection and massage can effectively prevent from system abortion response and the mechanism is probably relevant with the actions of acupoints.Neiguan（PC6）regulates the interior and exterior.Zusanli（ST36）strengths the body for the deficiency and Sanyinjiao（SP6）promotes yang qi to the four extremities.The coordination of those three points can regulates qi and blood in the whole body.
