航空发动机烟雾排放的符合性验证方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过研究CCAR-34中烟雾排放的测试大纲,参考芝加哥公约附件16第二卷附录2和航空燃气涡轮发动机排气冒烟测量规范HB-6116-87,设计了烟雾排放测量试验的操作流程,包括取样测量系统的设计、取样测量步骤、试验数据处理。结合ICAO发动机排放数据库中CFM56-2B-1的发烟指数(SN),验证其与烟雾排放标准的符合性,探索了发动机烟雾排放适航验证方法。 By referring to the test procedure of smoke emission in CCAR-34, volume ℃ appendix 2 of annexes 16 to the Chicago convention and the standard of the aircraft gas turbine engine exhaust smoke meaturement HB-6116- 87, the operational procedure of smoke emission measurement test is designed, which including sampling measurement system, sampling measurement procedure and test data processing. Combined with the smoke index (SN) of CFM56-2B-1 in the ICAO engine emissions database, the SN's compliance to smoke emission standards is verified, and the smoke emission airworthiness verification method is explored.
