Electrocardiogram of Auricular Fibrillation Combined with Ventricular Tachycardia

本文对照分析1例宽QRS心动过速发作和终止后示房颤的心电图,提示当宽QRS的特征符合室速,找不到明确的P波,发现ST-T有不规则的变化时,应想到房颤合并室速。

The paper compares by case study the electrocardiograms of auricular fibrillation at the episode of the wide QRS tachycardia and after its termination. The analysis pointed out that there was no definite P wave when the characteris- tics of wide QRS taehycardia measured up to ventricular tachycardia QRS. When ST - T was found changing irregularly, auricular fibrillation combined with ventricular taehycardia should be taken into account.
