摘要
由于纳米纤维在组织工程支架材料,药物传递载体等方面的潜在应用,使得具有高比表面积的静电纺丝纳米纤维得到了很大的关注。静电纺丝技术是一种简单、有效的微/纳米技术,而同轴静电纺丝则是在传统静电纺丝技术上发展起来的新方法,单步即可制备连续的壳-芯结构纳米纤维或中空纳米纤维。这也使得静电纺丝纳米纤维在组织工程和药物缓释等领域有着很广阔的应用前景。在此基础之上,本文简要介绍了药物缓释的原理,重点描述了同轴静电纺丝的发展和原理及其在生物医药缓释方面的应用。
Electrospun nanofibers with a high surface area to volume ratio have received much attention because of their potential applications for tissue engineering scaffolds and drug delivery carriers. Electrospinning is a simple and effective technique for the preparation of micro-nano fibers. Developed from the traditional electrospinning, the coaxial electrospinning is a new method that can prepare continuous core-shell nanofibers or hollow nanofibers through a one-step process,which further enhance the applications of nanofibers in tissue engineering and drug delivery. With a simple introduction of the principle of drug delivery, this review focuses on the principle and development of coaxial electrospinning and its applications in drug delivery.
