摘要
含氟聚合物由于其优异的化学和物理性能以及广泛的应用前景而受到关注。根据聚合反应单体结构不同,可以通过不同方法合成各种结构的含氟聚合物。这些聚合方法主要是可控/"活性"聚合,例如:原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)、原子转移自由基-乙烯基自缩合聚合(ATR-SCVP)、可逆加成-断裂链转移聚合(RAFT)、氮氧稳定自由基聚合(NMP)、活性阳离子聚合、活性阴离子聚合、氧阴离子聚合。此外,常规自由基聚合及乳液聚合方法也受到青睐。本文对近年来文献报道的不同含氟聚合物结构及其相关合成方法的研究进展进行了综述。
Fluorinated polymers have received much attention recently because of their excellent physical and chemical properties. According to different monomers, fluorinated polymers with different structures can be synthesized by different method such as controlled/‘ living' polymerization: atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP), atom transfer radical-self-condensing vinyl polymerization (ATR-SCVP), reversible additionfragmentation transfer (RAFT), nitroxide-mediated polymerization (NMP), living cationic polymerization, living anionic polymerization, oxyanion-initiated polymerization;conventional free radical polymerization, emulsion polymerization and so forth. Living polymerization can provide the narrow molecular weight distribution and high conversion to polymers and polymerization. Polymers with different structures like linear, star-shape even branching can be synthesized through these methods. The recent progress of polymerization have been reviewed in this paper.
