荆州市城区水消费系数法收缴垃圾处理费研究

Taking over Waste Disposal Fee with Water Consumption Coefficient Method in Urban Area of Jingzhou

选择荆州城区具有代表性主次干道作为样本,采用分户与跟踪调查相结合的方法,分别对商业门店、居民区、机关事业单位的生活垃圾产生量及同期用水量进行调查,取得大量有效数据,并据此核算出荆州城区商业门店、居民区及机关事业单位生活垃圾的水消费系数,旨在为制定荆州地区生活垃圾处理费水消费系数征收办法提供依据。

The representative primary and secondary roads in urban area of Jingzhou were selected. By adopting the method of combining individual with tracking survey, domestic waste generation and water consumption in commercial stores, residential area, government departments and institutions were investigated, and large amount of effective data was obtained. According to the data, the water consumption coefficients in commercial stores, residential area, government departments and institutions of Jingzhou were calculated. It provides a basis for collection plan of waste disposal fee with water consumption coefficient in Jingzhou.
