摘要
针对河口村水库面板堆石坝工程量大、填筑强度高、施工影响因素较多、施工组织设计复杂等问题,以动态循环网络、主导实体时钟值扫描和动态边界约束等技术建立了仿真计算模型,对面板堆石坝的施工实时动态系统仿真,并利用OGRE引擎实时渲染工程三维面貌。计算结果获得了行车密度、填筑强度、机械配置和工程进度等施工参数,实现了仿真过程的三维可视化,不仅为施工组织设计提供了数据支持,且为工程管理提供了决策依据。
Concrete faced rock-fill dam of Hekoucun Reservoir has some futures, such as huge construction quantities, high filling rate, many construction influence factors and complicated construction organization design. The simulation calculation model is established by using dynamic stochastic cycle network, scanning clock value of the dominant enti- ty, dynamic boundary constraints method. And then the real-time dynamic construction system of concrete faced rock-fill dam is simulated. At the same time, three-dimensional real-time appearance of the engineering is rendered with OGRE en- gine. The construction parameters of traffic density, filling rate, mechanical configuration and project progress are obtained. Finally, three-dimensional visual simulation is realized. The results provide data support for construction organi- zation design and it can be as the basis for engineering decision-making.
