摘要 建立用近红外漫反射光谱鉴别不同厂家六味地黄丸样品的新方法是该文目的。采集不同厂家、不同批号的六味地黄丸样品的近红外漫反射光谱,充分利用各制剂整体的差异,采用近红外漫反射结合判别分析法建立六味地黄丸的定性分析模型。所建模型能够对不同厂家的六味地黄丸样品进行分类鉴别,分类结果与实际所属一致。近红外光谱法简便、快速、不破坏样品,结合模式识别技术能够准确鉴别不同厂家的六味地黄丸,这对中药制剂的质量分析有一定的参考价值。 To establish a near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopic(NIRDRS) method for the identification of Liuwei Dihuang pills from different manufacturers is the objective.Near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectra of different batch of Liuwei Dihuang pills from different manufacturers were collected.Based on the difference of traditional Chinese medical preparations as a whole,the qualitative analysis model of Liuwei Dihuang pills was built with near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectrometry(NIDRS) combined with discriminant analysis.The model could classify Liuwei Dihuang pills from different manufacturers.The cluster analysis results of these samples from different manufacturers are coincident with their actual groups.The simple,fast and non-destructive NIRDRS combined with pattern recognition method analysis can provide a new approach to identify Liuwei Dihuang pills from different manufacturers.It is valuable for us to research the quality of traditional Chinese medical preparations.
