摘要
分析应用型本科院校的实践教学质量监控状况,指出存在监控过程形式化、评价手段与理论教学雷同化、质量效果偏离预期常态化等主要问题,提出借鉴企业全面质量管理的思想,加强对实践教学的过程监控,认为应用型本科人才培养应定位在基层管理岗层面,实践教学的内容与评价要凸显职业化导向。
By analyzing the situations of quality control of practical teaching in application-oriented undergraduate,this article points out that the monitoring procedure tends to formalism,the forms of evaluation and theoretical teaching were rather identical and the quality was far from satisfactory.In order to solve all these problems,it puts forward the idea of overall quality management,that is,strengthening process monitoring of practical teaching.This article argues that application-oriented undergraduate training should be targeted at the grass roots management level and the content and assessment of practice teaching are to highlight the occupational training.
