This paper introduces the overview of Civil Engineering Test Laboratory of Beijing Jiaotong University.After presenting the concept and requirement of laboratory accreditation and metrology certification,the process and experience of the review which used to be called as ＂Two reviews combine into one,＂ the practice shows that the applying for ＂Two reviews combine into one＂ positively can promote the laboratory construction and management in colleges and universities.
