摘要
以高岭土和铝土矿为原料,经碱熔焙烧活化、水热合成制备了4A沸石。利用单因素实验,探索了活化焙烧温度和时间对合成4A沸石的影响;利用正交优选实验,考察了水热合成过程中胶化温度、胶化时间、晶化温度和晶化时间对合成4A沸石的影响。结果表明:活化焙烧的最佳温度为600℃、时间为2 h;水热法合成4A沸石的最佳工艺参数是胶化温度为75℃、胶化时间为4 h、晶化温度为95℃、晶化时间为4 h。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)和激光衍射散射式粒度分布测定仪对产物进行了分析。
With kaolin and bauxite as raw materials,4A zeolite was synthesized under hydrothermal conditions after alkaline fusion and activated roasting.The influence of roasting activation temperature and time on synthesis of 4A zeolite was inspected by using single factor experiment.And the effect of gel temperature,gel time,crystallization temperature,and crystallization time on hydrothermal synthesis process was investigated by orthogonal optimization experiment.Results showed that the optimal roasting activation temperature was 600 ℃ and time was 2 h;the optimal hydrothermal parameters of 4A zeolite were as follows: gel temperature was 75 ℃,gel time was 4 h,crystallization temperature was 95 ℃,and crystallization time was 4 h.XRD,FESEM,and laser diffraction scattering type of particle size distribution tester were used for analyzing the product.
