当前档案文献保护工作面临的严峻挑战与发展机遇

近几年来,地震、洪水、沙尘暴、泥石流、台风等一系列重大自然灾害对人类的生命财产造成巨大损失,严重影响社会、经济发展的同时给档案文献的安全保护工作带来前所未有的挑战,同时也对其保护带来难得的机遇。文章从挑战与机遇两方面阐述重大自然灾害给档案文献保护工作造成的危害及如何应对自然灾害给档案文献保护带来的风险。
