摘要
排矸系统一直是影响岩巷掘进正规循环速度的一个重要环节。针对店坪煤矿900水平南翼轨道巷掘进过程中的矸石量大、出矸缓慢等问题,通过制定合理的排矸路线、设计优化机载运输机与胶带联锁装置和改进矿车搭接设施等,形成了一套完善的排矸系统,并在实践中取得了良好的应用效果。
A rock discharging system is one of the key links affected to the normal circular speed of the mine rock roadway heading.According to the large rock quantity,slow discharging and other problems in the heading process of the 900 level south wing rail roadway in Dianping Mine,with the rational rock discharging route set,the optimized design of the mechanized conveyer and belt interlock device,the improved mine car connection facilities and others,a completed set approved rock discharing system was established.A good application effect was obtained from the practices.
