摘要 彭庄煤矿副井马头门在施工中发生较大变形甚至大范围冒顶,通过对马头门的破坏原因分析,根据已有的工程加固治理经验,结合国内外先进的支护技术,研究并提出彭庄煤矿副井马头门加固技术和施工方案。马头门施工完成后,围岩稳定,无明显变形,随后进行收敛变形测试,马头门两帮和顶底板总的变形量分别为4mm和5mm,有效地提高了马头门及其相连井筒、管子道支护结构的整体性和承载能力,控制住了围岩的变形,保证了巷道的长期稳定。 A large deformation and large roof falling occurred in the construction of the ingate in the Mine Auxiliary Shaft of Pengzhuang Mine.With the analysis on the failure causes of the ingate,according to the reinforced and control experiences of the previous projects,in combination with the advanced support technology at home and abroad,the reinforcement technology and construction plan of the ingate in the auxiliary shaft of Pengzhuang Mine were studied and provided.After the ingate construction completed,the surrounding rock was stable and no obvious deformation occurred.Late,the convergence and deformation measurements were conducted.The total deformation of the two sidewalls and the roof and floor in the ingate was 4 mm and 5 mm individually.The integrity and loading capacity of the ingate connected with the mine shaft,pipeline channel support structure was effectively improved.The deformation of the surrounding rock was controlled and a long term stability of the gateway could be ensured.
