摘要
随着我国社会转型向纵深发展,企业劳动关系等矛盾日益突出。而作为促进员工与企业和谐发展的企业社会工作,其重要性愈加凸显,亟待专业介入。目前企业社会工作实践面临着一系列现实的发展困境,而本土化员工帮助计划与企业社会工作机理契合,有助于突破企业社会工作的实践瓶颈,建立企业社会工作的长效实践机制,构建基于我国文化语境的企业社工实务体系。基于企业社会工作的员工帮助计划的路径策略沿着以素质提升为中心的员工管理轨道,注重结合鉴别性胜任因素进行工作分析,开发心理资本,澄清职业价值观,建构人文关怀环境,形成有机动态的良性循环激励系统。
At present,China is undergoing profound social transformation times of change,the enterprise labor relations contradiction is prominent.As promotes the staff and enterprise harmonious,the corporate social work practice whose importance even more highlights needs professional intervention urgently.Corporate social work practice is currently facing a series of practical difficulties of development.The localization staff help plan fits work mechanism of corporate social work,helping overcome the bottleneck of corporate social work practice, establishing the social workers long - term business practice,structuring a mechanism built on our cultural context of corporate social practice system.The path of enterprise - based social work staff help plan along with strategies to enhance the quality of staff management as the center of the track,focuses on identifying factors of competent job analysis,develops the mental capital,clarifies professional values,and builds a humane care environment,forms an organic dynamic sound recycling incentive system.
