南美白对虾饲料中添加牛磺酸效果的研究

Feed effects of taurine supplemented in diets on growth performance in Penaeus Vannamei

以初始平均体重(2.46±0.012)g的凡纳滨对虾(Penaeus vannamei)为研究对象,进行为期8周的摄食生长试验,研究饲料中添加不同梯度牛磺酸(0、500、1000、2000 mg/kg)对南美白对虾成活率、特定生长率和饲料转化率的影响。试验结果表明,饲料中添加不同梯度的牛磺酸对南美白对虾成活率、特定生长率和饲料转化率均无显著影响(P>0.05)。

A study was conducted to examine the effects of supplemental taurine in diets on growth performance of Penaeus vannamei.Four practical diets formulated in which 0,500,1000 mg/kg and 2000 mg/kg taurine were added respectively.At the end of the feeding trial,survival,special growth rate（SGR） and feed conversion rate （FCR） were not significantly different among different dietary treatments （P 〉 0.05 ）.
