摘要
目的研究光叶巴豆根的化学成分。方法利用溶剂法及多种色谱技术进行化学成分的分离纯化,并运用现代波谱技术及理化性质鉴定化合物结构。结果从光叶巴豆根部的95%乙醇提取物中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为levatin(Ⅰ),croverin(Ⅱ),crovatin(Ⅲ),sonderianial(Ⅳ),棕榈酸(palmitic acid,Ⅴ),反式肉桂酸(cinnamic acid,Ⅵ),苯甲酸(benzoic acid,Ⅶ)。结论以上化合物均是首次从该植物中分离得到。
AIM To investigate the chemical constituents of roots of Croton laevigatus Vahl.METHODS Compounds were isolated by chromatography method,and their constructures were identified by NMR and MS analyses.RESULTS Seven compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of the roots of Croton laevigatus Vahl.Their structures were identified as levatin(Ⅰ),croverin(Ⅱ),crovatin(Ⅲ),sonderianial(Ⅳ),palmitic acid(Ⅴ),transcinnamic acid(Ⅵ),benzoic acid(Ⅶ).CONCLUSION Above mentioned compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
