Ornithine decarboxylase antizyme I and polyamine metabolism

摘要 鸟氨酸脱羧酶抗酶I(ornithine decarboxylase antizyme 1,OAZ1)是调节细胞内多胺含量的重要因子,参与细胞生长与分化、胚胎发育、基因表达调控等重要生理过程,也是抗肿瘤治疗的潜在分子靶点。简要综述鸟氨酸脱羧酶抗酶I在结构与功能,及其调控多胺代谢机制方面的研究进展。 Ornithine decarboxylase antizyme I is an important factor in regulating intracellular polyamine content and involves in cell growth and differentiation,embryonic development,gene expression regulation,and other important physiological processes.It is also a potential molecular target for anti-tumor therapy.This paper reviews the research progress for ornithine decarboxylase antizyme I in the structure,function,and the mechanism for regulating polyamine metabolism.
