党的十七大以来,行政管理体制改革的各项工作有序推进,取得了较为显著的成效。政府职能加快转变,政府机构改革初见成效,法治政府建设进程加快,政府管理方式不断创新,为实现深化行政管理体制改革的总体目标打下了坚实基础。
