CD44v6在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达及临床意义

Clinical Significance on Expression of CD44v6 in Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma

目的:探索CD44v6在甲状腺良恶性病变中的表达及与甲状腺癌生物学行为之间的关系。方法:2002-01～2005-12手术切除甲状腺标本的存档腊块。采用S-P免疫组织化学方法染色。对实验结果和临床资料运用统计软件SPSS 13.0进行卡方检验或秩和检验。结果:60例乳头状甲状腺癌组织中CD44v6有44例表达,阳性率为73.3%。结节性甲状腺肿CD44v6无阳性表达。肿瘤组织的CD44v6阳性表达率明显高于正常对照组,两者经过统计学检验有显著性差异(χ2=32.593,P<0.01)。CD44v6在甲状腺乳头状癌表达强度与病灶的单发与多发病灶、有与无颈淋巴结转移相关,与肿瘤直径无关。结论:CD44v6可以用于了解甲状腺乳头状癌的生物学行为,评估其转移潜能,在甲状腺癌治疗决策、预后评估中具有潜在的应用价值。

Objective：To investigate expression of CD44v6 in papillary thyroid carcinoma and the role of CD44v6 in progression and metastasis of papillary thyroid carcinoma.Methods：Thyroid samples from 60 patients who had undergone surgical resection of the thyroid gland for papillary thyroid carcinoma were collected from 2002.1 to 2005.12.Any P value less then 0.05 was considered statistically significant.All statistical analysis were carrid out with SPSS 13.0 for windows program.Results：The positive rate of expression of CD44v6 in papillary thyroid carcinoma was 73.3%,whereas the positive rate of expression of CD44v6 in nodular goiter is 0.The expression of CD44v6 by SP immunohistochemical were significant differences between apapillary thyroid carcinoma and nodular goiter.There were also statistically significant between the papillary thyroid carcinoma with lymph node metastasis and with not.Conclusions：CD44v6 protein may play an important role in progression and metastatic potential of papillary thyroid carcinoma and may be a biologic marker of papillary thyroid carcinoma.
