海南澄迈县牛及犬体上蜱季节消长调查

Investigation of seasonal fluctuation of ticks on bulls and dogs in Chengmai County in Hainan Province

目的了解海南省澄迈县牛及犬体上蜱季节消长情况,为制定合理的防治措施提供依据。方法于2009年4月~2010年3月,用宿主捡蜱法每月调查牛及犬体上蜱寄生率和寄生指数,绘出消长图。结果牛体上所采蜱均为微小牛蜱,其在4月寄生率和寄生指数均最高,值分别为80.0%和4.5。犬体上所采蜱均为血红扇头蜱,寄生率和寄生指数最高峰分别在7月及6月,达到60.0%和5.9。结论明确澄迈县牛及犬体上蜱活动的季节性,为蜱的防治提供依据。

Objective To understand the seasonal fluctuation of ticks on the body of dogs and bulls in Chengmai County,so as to provide evidence for formulating control measures.Methods Ticks were collected from the body of the host monthly from April 2009 to March 2010,the parasitic percentage and index were calculated,and the seasonal fluctuation map was drawn.Results All the ticks collected from bulls were Boophilus microplus,the parasitic percentage and index were the highest in April（80% and 4,5）.All the ticks collected from dogs were Rhipicephalus sanguineus with the parasitic percentage and index peak in June and July（60% and 5.9）.Conclusion The distribution of ticks on cattle an dogs in Chengmai county is seasonal fluctuated..
