蒜汁对离体肝吸虫囊蚴杀灭作用的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究蒜汁对离体肝吸虫囊蚴的杀灭作用。方法采用人工消化法从淡水鱼中获取囊蚴,分组(囊蚴10个/组),将囊蚴置于定量(0.2 ml)蒜汁中,分别作用不同时间(1~240min),显微镜下观察囊蚴的活动情况。设立对照组。结果蒜汁对肝吸虫囊蚴作用2min后,囊蚴开始死亡,死亡率为6.67%。在2~140min内,囊蚴死亡率从6.67%~93.33%,平均死亡率19.04%。作用160min以后直至240min,囊蚴全部死亡,死亡率100%。蒜汁对肝吸虫囊蚴作用早期,后尾蚴活动增强,随着作用时间的延长,后尾蚴活动减慢直至死亡。对照组囊蚴形态和后尾蚴活动情况正常。结论蒜汁对离体肝吸虫囊蚴具有刺激和杀灭作用,但杀灭作用弱。蒜汁对离体肝吸虫囊蚴的杀灭作用时间越长,囊蚴死亡率越高。因此,用蒜蓉蘸鱼片生吃这种饮食方式对预防肝感染并不安全可靠。 Objective To observe the killing effects of garlic juice on the encysted metacercaria of Clonorchis sinensis.Methods Encysted metacercarias collected from fresh water fishes by artificial digestion were divided into observation group and control group(10 per group).Activity of each group affected by 0.2ml garlic juice was observed within a period 1~240min.Results Mortality rates of encysted metacercaira varied from 6.67% in the first 2min,to 6.67%~93.33%,average at 19.04% in the period of 2~140min,to 100% at the end of 240min.Encysted metacercarias became more active at the beginning but less and died gradually.No morphological alteration and activity reduction were found in the control group.Conclusion Garlic juice is capable of killing encysted metacercaria within 160 minutes but not effective,it is not advisable to have Sashimi(fresh water fish)with garlic juice to prevent clonorchiasis.
