Application of fogarty duct in embolectomy for acute limb arterial embolism

目的总结Fogarty导管在急性肢体动脉取栓手术中的应用体会。方法回顾分析2009年1月至2011年3月治疗的38例急性肢体动脉栓塞患者的病例资料。结果 38例患者均行Fogarty导管取栓术,其中30例达临床治愈,6例病情好转,2例无效。结论 Fogarty导管取栓术是急性肢体动脉栓塞首选的治疗方式。

Objective To evaluate the application experience of the fogarty duct embolectomy for acute limb arterial embolization.Mathods A retrospective analysis for the data of 38 patients was treatment in our hospital with acute limb arterial embolism from Jan.2009 to Mar.2011.Results All the acute limb arterial embolism patients was treated by the fogarty duct embolectomy,30 patients ware cured,six cases improved,only 2 cases invalide.Conclusions Use the Fogarty duct embolectomy is the chief way for the acute limb arterial embolism.
