摘要
目的探讨外伤性脾破裂的诊断与治疗经验,提高救治水平。方法回顾性分析我院2007年1月至2011年7月间收治的60例外伤性脾破裂患者的临床资料。结果 60例病例中,11例非手术治疗,1例因受伤过重死亡;49例进行手术治疗,治愈率为91.8%。结论早期诊断,结合受伤机制、伤情、体检及辅助检查结果适时采用保守或急诊脾切除加移植术,是提高脾破裂治愈率的关键。
Objective To explore the traumatic rupture of the diagnosis and treatment experience and improve the treatment level.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data in our hospital in January 2007-July 2011 were treated 60 cases of traumatic rupture.Results Among 60 cases,11 cases of non-surgical treatment,1 patient had died due to injuries;49 cases of surgical treatment,the cure rate was 91.8%.Conclusions Early diagnosis,combined with the mechanism of injury,injury,physical examination and ancillary test results timely conservative or emergency splenectomy plus transplantation,is the key to improve the cure rate of rupture.
