本文通过对2005年以来铁路食品运输污染情况分析,得出铁路食品运输污染呈现新的特点,主要是污染事件大幅度下降,从化学性污染为主变为漏雨致湿损霉变生物污染为主。提示在新形势下要加强对食品运输污染新特点进行研究,提出符合铁路实际的监管措施,预防处理好铁路食品运输污染。

This article through the analysis of the food contamination of railway transport since 2005,Obtained the rail transport of food contamination showed new features,it was mainly that the pollution incidents dropped substantially,mainly from chemical pollution into the biological contamination of mold caused by rain leak.Prompted to strengthen the new features study of the transport of food contamination in the new situation,proposed the regulatory measures line with railway practical situation,to prevent food contamination of transport.
