摘要
目的研究晚期肾癌患者心理护理及疼痛护理与生活质量的相关性。方法抽取晚期住院肾癌患者45例作为研究对象。结果未进行心理护理及疼痛护理之前与进行1个月心理护理和疼痛护理之后的QL-Index存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论晚期癌症患者心理护理及疼痛护理与生活质量呈正相关。
Objective To study the pain associated with quality of life of patients with advanced kidney cancer psychological care.Methods Hospitalized patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma extract 25 cases for the study.Results Before Psychological care and pain care compared with 1 month psychological care and pain care the QL-Index,there has significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusions Psychological and pain care of patients with advanced cancer was positively correlated with quality of life.
