本文提出了一种跨界融合的综合信息服务系统，通过整合电信、互联网、广电和物联网等的信息资源和基础功能，可以为人们提供一种前所未有的工作和生活方式，成为一个全新的电信运营模式，也代表着未来电信运营的发展方向。
