重型矿用车AMT电动执行机构驱动特性分析 被引量:2

摘要 离合器结合特性是电控机械式自动变速器(AMT)的核心技术,其执行机构的驱动特性直接关系到AMT的性能。主要对重型矿用车离合器电动执行机构的控制性能进行了研究。分析了离合器电动执行机构的基本结构和工作原理,给出了执行机构主要部件的基本参数。建立了电动执行机构的数学模型,并对离合器执行机构伺服控制系统进行了分析,用MatLab/Simulink Fuzzy模块建立了模糊免疫PID控制器。试验结果与仿真结果的对比证实了该执行机构可以满足离合器的工作要求。 The clutching characteristic is the key technology of the automated mechanical transmission (AMT), and the driving characteristic of its actuator is directly related to the AMT performance. In the paper, the control performance of the electric actuator of the clutch for the heavy mining truck is studied. At first, the basic structure and the working principle of the electric actuator of the clutch is analysed, and then basic parameters of main components of the actuator are offered. In addition, after the mathematical model of the electric actuator being established, the servo control system of the clutch actuator is analysed, and Matlab/Simulink Fuzzy module is used to establish the fuzzy immune PID controller. The comparison of testing results and simulation results show that the actuator meets the operation requirements of the clutch.
