摘要
针对提升机盘形闸的闸间隙在检测中存在误差较大的问题,提出了盘形闸摆动的故障运行状态。通过对盘形闸工作原理的分析,指出了盘形闸摆动的主要原因,并定义了表征盘形闸摆动幅度的参数δ。设计了检测系统,对盘形闸的摆动进行了测试,给出了闸瓦位置随时间的变化曲线。该检测技术对盘形闸的检修及维护提供了参考依据,有利于提升系统的安全运行。
In view of great error in detecting clearance of the disk brake of the hoist in collieries, the fault operating status of swinging disk brakes is proposed. After the analysis on the working principle of the disc brake, main swing causes of the disc brake are pointed out, and the parameter A indicating swing amplitude of the disc brake is defined. In addition, after the detection system being designed, the swing of the disc brake is tested, and the variation curve of brake shoe position with the time is offered. The detection technology offers references for the repair and maintenance of the disc brake, and is beneficial to the safe operation of the hoisting system.
