摘要
旋流-静态微泡浮选柱是一种新型选矿设备,为了提高某银多金属矿生产效率,减小后续作业压力,采用该浮选柱进行了部分优先选铜半工业试验。通过一粗两精闭路流程试验研究,可得到铜、金、银品位分别为18%、60g/t、6000g/t,回收率50%以上的结果,为企业生产和技术改造提供了依据。
The cyclone static micro-bubble flotation column is a kind of new facility for mineral separation. In order to improve the productivity of a high silver-content metallic ore and reduce the pressure of posterior operation, the pilot experiment of selective copper flotation is carried out by using the cyclone static micro- bubble flotation column. Through the process of single-stage roughing and two-stage cleaning, the grade of copper, gold, sliver reach 18%, 60 g/t, 6 000 g/t, and the recovery rate reaches above 50%. It provides foundations for the production and the technical improvement in enterprises.
