基于ANSYS的大型煤粉筛筛箱动力学分析 被引量:3

Dynamics analysis of sieving box of large coal powder screen based on ANSYS

摘要 基于动力学分析技术,利用ANSYS建立了煤粉筛筛箱有限元分析模型,对筛箱进行了模态分析和动应力分析。根据动力学有限元分析所得的结果,对筛箱结构做了相应改进,使得筛箱应力集中区域减小,应力分布更加均匀,应力最大值满足国家关于振动筛分设备的许用应力值(24.5MPa)。同时,对改进后的筛箱结构进行模态验证,得到筛箱改进后工作频率仍远离其固有频率,煤粉筛工作时筛箱不会发生共振,其结构满足设计要求。 Based on the dynamics analysis technology, the finite element analysis model of a sieving box is established with ANSYS, and the modal analysis and the dynamic stress analysis for the sieving box are carried out. According to the dynamics FEA results, the structure of the sieving box improves accordingly, which makes the stress concentration region on the sieving box decrease and the stress distribution more uniform. The maximum stress is lower than the national permissible stress value 24.5MPa of the vibration screening equipment. In addition, modal verification of the improved sieving box is carried out. The results show that its operating frequency is still far from its natural frequency, thus the resonance of the sieving box will not happen, which indicates that the structure meets the design requirements.
