摘要
基于选煤厂外排矸石中砂岩、高岭岩和煤矸石硬度的差别,通过破坏载荷试验以及破碎筛分、发热量测定试验,探讨砂岩、高岭岩和煤矸石选择性破碎分选的可行性。结果表明,在硬度差别比较明显的情况下,通过硬度进行选择性破碎分选是可行的。
Based on the hardness difference among sandstone, kaolinite and coal gangue discharged from the coal washery, the feasibility of selective crushing and separation of sandstone, kaolinite and coal gangue is discussed by the load destructive experiment, crushing and sieving experiment and the determinationexperiment of calorific value. The results show that the selective crushing and separation according to the hardness is feasible on condition that the hardness difference is obvious.
