摘要
为做好大型石油化工企业灭火救援准备工作,分析了泡沫灭火剂应急保障存在的一些问题,探讨了泡沫灭火剂应急储备模式,提出了增加泡沫液储备总量、优化泡沫液储备管理和建立联动保障机制的途径和建议。
To prepare for fire fighting and rescue of large petrochemical companies,the problems of the foam emergency support were analyzed,and the mode of foam emergency storage was explored.Thus we gave the approach and proposal of increasing reserves,optimizing reserve management and establishing associated support mechanism of foam concentrate.
