摘要
城市公共交通是城市子系统中最为复杂的系统之一,应用可拓学理论方法,在可拓集合理论及物元理论基础上,利用公交系统服务质量等级分类和评价公交性能指标隶属度,构造经典物元及节域物元,建立公交系统服务质量等级的可拓模型,将公交服务质量评价中的定性指标转化为定量指标,从而可以较准确地反映公交服务质量的服务水平,最后举例表明可拓学理论方法能较真实地反映城市公共交通的服务情况。
Urban public transportation is the most complex system of its one of the system,the Extension method was used on the basis of the matter element theory,the extensible set theory and the correlation function,this theory classified the rank of the quality of public transport service and made membership degree of performance indicators dimensionless,joint domain matter element and constructing the classical matter element,and establishing an extension fuzzy evaluation model for rank of the quality of public transport service.Examples of application show that the established approach is able to evaluate actual the quality of public transport service.
