摘要
近年来我国酒店业出现"用工荒",而且愈演愈烈。本文就酒店行业"用工荒"在经济、社会与酒店自身两个方面的成因进行深入分析,从提高薪酬、改变用人观念、员工关怀、校企合作等方面提出一些切实可行的对策和建议。
The problem of labor shortage in the hotel industry has become more evident in recent years. This paper analyzes its causes from economic and social perspectives and on the part of the hotels. Suggestions to tackle the problem are then given including pay raise, renovation of employment strategy, being considerate of staff and cooperation between schools and businesses.
