摘要
本文通过对广东高等烹饪教育现状的调查研究,剖析了广东高等烹饪教育发展的不足,并在广东高等烹饪教育的办学目标、招生模式、师资力量、烹饪教材、办学模式、教学方式等6个方面提出了发展高等烹饪教育的新思路和观点。
This paper conducts a survey of the status quo of the cuisine programs at colleges of Guangdong to reveal the weaknesses of such education before suggesting solutions in terms of teaching objectives, enrollment modes, teaching faculty, textbooks, school running and teaching methods.
