原发性肝癌中肝脏B病毒X蛋白和巨噬细胞移动抑制因子的相关性分析

The Correlation between HBX and MIF in Hepatocarcinoma Cells

摘要 目的通过观察肝脏B病毒x蛋白(hepatitis B virus X protein,HBX)和巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(macrophage migration inhibitory factor,MIF)在原发性肝癌(HCC)中的表达,结合临床资料探讨它们和HCC之间的关系。方法用免疫组织化学法检测40例HCC组织中HBX和MIF表达,并将上述检测结果结合I晦床资料进行相关性分析。结果40例癌组织中25例呈HBX高表达,22例呈MIF高表达,与低表达组比较均有统计学意义;HBX和MIF表达高低与HCC病理分级和临床分期均呈正相关;MIF与HCC复发转移呈正相关。结论HBX和MIF在HCC正相关,联合应用HBX和MIF有可能作为判断HCC恶性程度的肿瘤标志物。 Objective To evaluate eh expression and correlation between HBX and MIF in hepatocarcinoma cells (HCC). Method Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of HBX and MIF in 40 cases of hepatocarcinoma. The relationship between HBX and MIF and the clinic pathological diameters was statistically analyzed. Result HBX was high expressed in 25 HCC cases and MIF was high expressed in 22 HCC cases. HBX correlated with MIF in HCC as well as pathological grade and clinical stage. Conclution HBX associated MIF could be served as neo - biomarker in HCC signified manignace.
