异步化同步发电机在柴油发电机组独立供电设备中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对柴电机组在低功率负载时柴油机工作汽缸数目变化,会导致柴油机轴旋转频率降低从而恶化电能质量的问题,根据异步化同步发电机的工作原理,通过分析得出了异步化同步发电机稳态等效电路及稳态方程的解析解。通过对异步化同步发电机励磁装置的分析表明,当采用带高频载波、宽脉冲调制的自主式电压逆变器励磁时,在恒定载波频率下,改变调制深度系数及调制频率可以实现励磁绕组电流频率和电压的独立调节,从而可以控制输出电压的幅值和频率,保证电能性能指标在容许的范围内。因此采用异步化同步发电机来代替普通同步发电机,既能降低燃油单位消耗又能保证电能质量良好。 The changeable numbers of the working cylinders of diesel generator set at low-power load can reduce the rotating speed of diesel generator shaft, thus lead to the deteriorated quality of electric energy. According to the operational principle of asynchronous synchronous generator, the steady-state equivalent circuit and the analytical solution of steady-state equation are obtained. By analyzing the excitation unit of asynchronous synchronous generator, the following principles are proved: when excitation is supplied by a self-determined voltage inverter with high-frequency carrying waves and wide modulating pulses, the current frequency and voltage of excitation windings can be controlled independently at a constant carrying wave frequency by regulating the modulation coefficient and modulation frequency. Therefore, the magnitude and frequency of output voltage can be controlled. It can ensure that the performance indexs of electric energy are within the acceptable scope. In a word, replacing common synchronous generator with asynchronous synchronous generator can both reduce fuel loss per unit and ensure good quality of electric energy.
