Analysis and Calculation on Noise of Variable-Frequency Motor

简述了电机噪声的产生原因,以两个不同型号的变频异步电机为例,给出电机空气动力噪声的计算方法。通过对电机噪声试验值与理论计算值的对比分析,总结出抑制电机噪声,特别是空气动力噪声的有效措施,为电机设计提供理论依据。

This paper briefly describes the causes of motor noise. Taking two types of variable-frequency induction motors as examples, this paper gives the method to calculate aerodynamic noise of motor. By comparative analysis between the test value and calculation value of noise, the effective measures to inhibit noise of motor, especially for aerodynamic noise are summed up. It can provide a theoretical basis for design of motor.
