摘要
目的利用2004年和2006年中国健康与营养调查数据集中的黑龙江省数据,分析新型农村合作医疗制度对农民健康的影响。方法采用倍差法,以参合农民为处理组,非参合农民为对照组,比较两组农民健康状况的差异。结果新型农村合作医疗制度对农民的自评健康具有正向影响作用。结论新型农村合作医疗制度对样本地区农民自评健康起到改善作用,但发挥的作用有限。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the influence of New Rural Cooperative Medical Schemes（NRCMS）on farmer＇s health based on a two-year dataset of China Health and Nutrition Survey（CHNS）in Heilongjiang rural area in 2000 and 2006. METHODS Using the difference in difference model and comparing the change in rural residents health between people participated in this system and people without participated in this system. RESULTS The NRCMS has positive influence to rural residents self-report health status. CONCLUSIONS The NRCMS can improve the health status of rural residents, but the role has been limited before 2006.
