探讨根据武威市乙型肝炎发病相关因素,建立武威市乙型肝炎患者管理模式。对乙型肝炎患者进行模式化管理,包括建立乙型肝炎患者管理专业医师网络、进行专业医师培训、开展乙型肝炎防治知识健康宣教、建立乙型肝炎患者电子档案、制订个体化诊疗方案和实施相关治疗优惠政策等。从而减少乙型肝炎患者治疗的盲目性,提高治疗依从性,减少乙型肝炎发病率,降低乙型肝炎及乙型肝炎相关疾病病死率。

To explore the effective fectors of HBV infection, and set up a management model of hepatitis B patients in Wuwei City. Using the management model to manege hepatitis B patients there. The management model is made of several parts： making a specialized doctors＇ network, training specialized docters, spreading hepatitis B knowledge, establishing hepatitis B patients＇ electric record , drawing up personalized medical project for every patient, and carrying out preferential policies. To reduce the blindness in treating hepatitis B patients, improve their compliance to the anti-virus therapy, decrease the incidence of hepatitis B, and lower the death rate of hepatitis B related diseases.
