盘锦市放射工作人员健康检查结果分析

Analysis of the Medical Examination Result of the Radiation Workers in Panjin

目的为了解盘锦市放射工作人员的身体健康状况,分析低剂量电离辐射对放射工作人员健康的影响。方法对985名放射工作人员职业健康体检结果进行分析。结果随着暴露工龄和年龄的增加,放射工作人员眼晶状体及男性放射工作人员血压、B超异常检出率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),医学应用放射工作人员与工业应用放射工作人员眼晶状体异常检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长期低剂量电离辐射对放射工作人员的身体健康状况有一定影响。

OBJECTIVE In order to have a clear idea of the health of the radiation workers in Panjin, we analysised the health effects of radiation workers who were in the low dose ionizing radiation. METHODS The medical examination results of 985 radiation workers were analyzed. RESULTS With the increase of seniority and exposure age, the positive rate of radiation workers＇ eye lens and male radiation workers＇ blood pressure, B ultrasonic was significantly different（P〈0.05）. The positive rate of eye lens between medical radiation workers and industrial radiation workers was different（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION Certain effect has been made on the health of radiation workers who are in the long term low dose ionizing.
