水分对环氧/酸酐胶液体系及FRP性能的影响

摘要 本文研究了空气湿度对开放式浸胶工艺成型的环氧/酸酐固化体系玻璃钢的影响。分析了空气中水分进入胶液的方式,以及不同含水率对胶液体系的粘度、活化能的影响;探讨了水分影响固化过程的机理;同时检测了体系中水分对FRP机械和电性能的影响。结果表明:在开放式浸胶工艺中,水分通过纤维吸附、酸酐的吸湿进入胶液体系,达到环氧体系的3%左右。当环氧体系的含水率超过4.8%时,对FRP电性能影响显著,同时其机械性能也有所下降。 The effects of air humidity on the epoxy - anhydride curing FRP system by opening impregnate molding process were discussed in this paper. Analysis on the way of moisture in the air into the epoxy glue and effects of different moisture content on the viscosity, activation energy of the epoxy ; exploration of the mechanism of water affecting the curing process; Meanwhile,detection of the effects of water content on mechanical and electrical properties of FRP. The results showed that: in the open dipping process,the moisture absorption by the fiber, acid anhydride of moisture into the glue sys- tem, to about 3% of epoxy system. When the moisture content of epoxy system is more than 4.8% , affecting significantly electrical properties of FRP, while its mechanical DroDerties has also declined.
