摘要
对云蔗02-588、云蔗99-601及RB76-5418三个甘蔗品种健康和感病(甘蔗花叶病)叶片进行叶绿素含量分析,结果显示:健康叶片叶绿素a、b及叶绿素总量均极显著地高于感病叶片,甘蔗感染花叶病后叶片叶绿素含量显著减少,三者减幅在10%～60%之间。同时,分析发现叶绿素a、b下降幅度不同,这可能与感病情况和具体品种有关。
Chlorophyll content in infected and normal leaves was analyzed between experimental sugarcane varieties of YZ 02-588,YZ99-601 and RB76-5418,the result indicated that chlorophyll a,b content in normal leaves was remarkably higher than that in infected leaves,chlorophyll content of leaves decreased remarkably after infected sugarcane mosaic virus,and the reduced degree among the three varieties was from 10% to 60%.Meanwhile,it showed that the decreased degrees of chlorophyll a and b were various,and night be related with infected grade and varieties.
