四种除草剂原药有效成分UPLC-MS/MS测定方法研究

摘要 在黑龙江省对甜菜生长造成危害的除草剂主要有普斯特、豆磺隆、赛克津和莠去津等4种,为了科学使用这些除草剂,建立了这4种除草剂的超高效液相色谱串联三重四级杆质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)检测方法,该方法标准曲线的线性良好,R值均大于0.99。在添加水平0.1mg/L条件下,4种除草剂回收率均大于90%,说明检测方法可靠。用此方法对市售的4种除草剂有效成分进行检测,发现普斯特、莠去津和赛克津有效成分含量与标注误差较大,说明对市售除草剂的检测是十分必要的。 Planting of sugarbeet is obviously damaged by four herbicides of Imazethapyr,Chlorimuron-ethyl,Atrazine and Metribuzin in Heilongjiang province.A sensitive and specific multi-residue method was developed based on ultra performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS) for determining the four commercial herbicides,and the herbicides can be reasonably used.The R values of the standard curves of the four herbicides were above 0.99,which indicated a good linear relationship with the standard curves.Recovery exceeded 90% for testing all analytes,with relative standard deviations ranging from 1.3% to 5.2%.There was a significant difference between active constituent by determination and label constituent of commercial Imazethapyr,Chlorimuron-ethyl,Atrazine and Metribuzin,which indicated it was necessary for detecting commercial herbicides.
