水中雌二醇检测方法研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 雌二醇是一种重要的环境内分泌干扰物,可通过饮食、空气吸入和皮肤接触等途径侵入人体,较低的浓度即可对人身体健康造成明显的影响,干扰人体内分泌生殖系统的正常功能。文章概述了近几年水中雌二醇检测技术的研究进展,重点介绍了色谱检测方法和免疫检测方法的特点及实际应用情况,并探讨了水中雌二醇检测技术的发展方向。
