两种识别和处理胎头枕后位方法的比较

Comparison of two methods identifying and managing fetal head occipitoposterior

目的:探讨对胎头枕后位经准确的判断和处理后对分娩方式、产妇胎儿的影响。方法:随机选取2009年1月～2010年12月住院分娩的枕后位100例为观察组,随机选取2007年1月～2008年12月我住院分娩枕后位产妇100例为对照组,进行回顾性分析比较,观察组采取密切观察、加强宫缩、改变体位、徒手旋转、屈大腿等方法,对照组采用一般护理和处理方法。结果:观察组在阴道分娩、剖宫产、产后出血、新生儿窒息与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:加强宫缩、改变体位、徒手旋转、屈大腿法等加快产程,利于母婴健康。

Objective To study the influence on delivery mode,maternal and fetal outcomes by accurate judging and treatment of occipitoposterior.Method One hundred cases of occipitoposterior were randomly selected from January 2009 to December 2010 as the observation group,100 cases of occipitoposterior were randomly selected from January 2007 to December 2008 as the control group,the patients were retrospectively analyzed.The observation group with the methods of closely observation,strengthening contractions,changing position,manual rotation,benting legs and so on,the control group using the general care and handling methods.Results In the observation group,the vaginal delivery,caesarean production,postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia showed significant differences compared with the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion Strengthening contractions,changing position,manual rotation,benting legs to speed up labor,is benefit for maternal and child health.
